Mobile app

The whole operation, in your pocket.

Everything the platform knows, on the phone you already carry. Check the day, approve what needs you, and act on a problem without going back to the office or waiting until morning.

Today, at a glance

Net sales, covers, and labor against forecast, updating as the service runs rather than in a report the next morning.

Only what needs you

A shift swap to approve, a certification about to lapse, a par breach worth an order. The queue is what requires a decision, not a feed of everything that happened.

Approve in one tap

Purchase orders the system already drafted, time off, and roster changes are approved from the phone and take effect immediately on the floor.

Every location, one list

Operators running more than one room see all of them ranked by what needs attention first, and can open any single site from there.

Mobile app questions

Is this the app my customers use?

No. This is the operator app, for owners, general managers, and shift leads. The guest-facing website, ordering, and branded app are part of Storefront.

Is it available yet?

Not yet. The iOS and Android apps are in build alongside the pilot and are not on the stores. Everything in the app is available in the browser today, on a phone as well as a laptop.

Does it work offline?

Reading the day works from the last sync. Approvals need a connection, because they change what the floor sees.
